I’m not a bodybuilder, professional athlete, doctor, actor, or any kind of celebrity. I’m just a guy looking to stay in above average shape.
I tried to eat healthy, workout a few times a week, and did everything I thought I should do to stay in good shape.
I had put on some weight, I was not really athletic, and when I looked at myself in the mirror, I was less than impressed. And given the amount of time and effort I was dedicating to this ‘fitness’ part of my life, I began getting
discouraged.
Then one day, late in the evening, I found myself in the gym (again), about to do a set of dumbbell curls for my biceps. But my body refused to comply. I literally could NOT move the weight in my hands. Not because I was tired or injured or weak. But because in that moment reality hit me like a ton of bricks.
I had spent thousands of hours in all kinds of gyms. I tried hundreds of supplements. I had forked over my hard-earned money for trainers. And what did I have to show for it? How much of my life have I invested in this so-called fitness? How much more would it take?
Moreover, I knew I wasn’t totally stupid. I had gone to college. I had a respectable job. But something as simple as getting in shape continued to elude me.
After that grim scenario, I cancelled my gym membership, threw out my supplements, and in my BBQ grill, I burned every single fitness magazine I had in the house.
It was then that I realized that the key to great fitness isn’t out there in the gym. It’s not in any of the thousands of magazines or diets or workout programs. The key is inside each and every one of us. It is part of our DNA.
But throughout our lives we get exposed to millions of messages. Ads. Articles. Social media posts. All of these pieces of content simply confuse us and take our focus away from the truth.
In my travels all over the world, I met thousands of men and women who don’t have any of the resources we have in the West. They live in small huts and eat basic foods. They don’t have the luxury to afford gym memberships, coaches, supplements, or all kinds of gadgets. And yet they are strong, healthy, and active – living long lives, well into their 90s and beyond.
And the reason they can do that is because they’re not affected by what we call Commercial Fitness Information: pseudo-science, propaganda, and advertising in disguise, spread by the $70 Billion Dollar fitness industry in pursuit of more profits.
Yes, the bitter truth is that the Fitness Industry doesn’t actually want us to be fit. Because the longer it takes us to work on our fitness, the more diets we’ll need, the more supplements we’ll need, the more memberships we’ll need…all the way up until we die.
And while the fitness biz rakes in mad profits, many people are left confused, overwhelmed, and misinformed:
But if you can steer clear of their misinformation and propaganda, your progress can be swift, powerful, your fitness levels can shoot up…and very quickly you can get in the best shape of your life.

The fitness and food industries are not there for our good health. They are money machines designed to make massive profits.
The amount of information and products increases at a rate far greater than our ability to consume them.
People with very scarce resources (and those living 100 years ago) are in better shape than the average person in the developed world today.
And to share these ideas with others, my team and I have worked for over 3 years to bring you the Fitness Mastery Workshop.
